4. Device Acceptance and Return

Upon receipt, the client receives an order number and a 6-digit PIN code.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are quoted in euros (EUR) including VAT.

ℹ️ Prices on the website are updated once a month. There may be discrepancies between the prices listed on the website and the actual repair prices for a specific device.

6. Warranty

All repairs are warranted for a period of 1 to 12 months.

9. Promo codes and discounts

When we offer promo codes or percentage discounts, they may be used only for the services and products for which they are announced, only within the stated validity period, and only upon fulfilment of the relevant conditions. Each promo code is intended for single use by one user and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash or any other value.
