When you hand over your device you receive an order number and a 6-digit PIN code. Enter them in the "Track Repair" section on our homepage and you will see the current status in real time.
Most standard repairs (display, battery, glass replacement) are done within 1-2 hours. More complex repairs (such as BGA soldering, motherboard repair) may take 1-3 days depending on parts availability.
Yes! All repairs and installed parts come with a written warranty — usually from 6 to 12 months depending on the type of repair. Warranty terms are described in the acceptance document and in our Terms of Service.

Most important: DO NOT plug it into a charger! Turn it off immediately (if it is on), dry it with a towel and bring it to us as soon as possible. Do not use a hairdryer or rice — this can make the damage worse. The faster you react, the greater the chance of a successful repair.
Yes, we offer both original parts (at prices close to those of official service centers) and quality replacements (at more affordable prices). During diagnostics we will inform you of all options and you will choose what fits your budget.
The original display is exactly the same as the one the phone was manufactured with — same colors, brightness and touch sensitivity. The replacement is significantly cheaper, but may have slight differences in color saturation and viewing angle. Both options are tested and come with warranty.

For CCTV video surveillance systems — yes, our team comes on-site for inspection, installation and setup. For phone/laptop repair — for now we work only on-site at our service center, but you can send them to us by courier.
